How Do I Place An Order?

There are 3 ways to place your order:
1. On-line using PayPall: just select the items you would like to purchase by clicking "add to the cart" button on the item page. Than go to "your cart" on the left hand side of the screen and follow the instructions on checking out using PayPall.

2. Email you order. Using our ORDER BY EMAIL PAGE. Click HERE!

3. Purchase our wool and pre-felt on Etsy! Click HERE or paste this URL into your browser window: http://www.etsy.com/shop/manufactura



Payment

1. PayPall
Our preferred payment method is through PayPal. You do not have to have an account with PayPal in order to use their service.

2. Personal checks and money orders-Canadian Customers Only
Your item will be shipped after your check is cleared.

3. Deferred payment
This option will allow you some additional time to pay for your purchases adding up to OVER 200$.
How it works: 25% non-refundable deposit due upon purchase and the balance within 30 days. If you wish to use this option, contact us prior to purchasing.
Once the full amount is paid, your order will ship out promptly.
If the balance is not paid in full by the 30th day, you will lose your deposit and the transaction will be canceled!





Shipping

1. In stock items
will be shipped when your payment clears.

2. Back order items
Scarves will be shipped 4-6 business days after your payment clears to allow
for the item to be made.
Wool products will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock.

3. Carriers:
Canada: Canada Post Accelerated (1-3 day) or Regular Parcel (3+ days)

USA: USA air. It should take about 5-12 business days.

World: CanadaPost small packet Air. Usually takes 10 business days, but may take up to 20 working days, but normally is pretty quick.

4. Tracking number and insurance:
not all of these shipping methods provide a tracking number or insurance. Please convo me and I will get you a quote, provided that they are offered for your destination country.

5. Customs Fees and delays:
Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees or delays should there be any.

6. Shipping times:
All the times listed above are CanadaPosts estimates, so please be patient. If it were up to us, your order would get to you the next day!

7. Packaging:
You can request a gift packaging during the checkout through "message to the Seller" form on the checkout page.



Returns & Refunds
In the unlikely event that you do not like the items you have purchased, you are welcome to return them to us within 3 days of receiving the goods.
You will get the full refund, once we receive the goods, minus the original postage. You will have to pay the return postage as well, though.
